A. Friederich & Sons constructed multiple manufacturing facilities for the Symington-Gould Corporation. The facilities included a foundry and steel plant that manufactured military munitions and railway equipment. Their Lincoln Park Works facility, built in 1909, was located on Symington Place. Their second Rochester facility, built in 1943, was located across the railroad tracks on Lincoln Avenue. Both facilites still exist today and have been repurposed (see the Google Maps 3D Views). In addition to their Rochester locations, A. Friederich & Sons also built facilities for the company in Depew, New York.
